The M&R HotHead is a heated roller system that mounts directly to an automatic press.

Smooth flashed underbases before printing top colours
Reduce fibrillation and garment texture
Improve opacity and print detail
Create softer-feel prints with less ink buildup

Many printers run the HotHead immediately after a flash station to achieve a flatter print surface before subsequent colours are applied. Community feedback often highlights its effectiveness for reducing garment fibres and improving print smoothness on difficult garments.
