Leapfrog Machinery – Terms & Conditions of Sale & General Warranty
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, services, and transactions conducted by
Leapfrog Machinery (“the Company”).
1.2 By purchasing from the Company, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Used Machinery Warranty
2.1 All used machinery supplied by the Company carries a 30-day warranty on parts only
from the date of installation or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 This warranty covers failure of parts under normal operating conditions only.
2.3 Labour, travel, freight, and consumables are not included unless explicitly stated.
2.4 The warranty does not cover:

3.1 New equipment supplied is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
3.2 Vastex equipment is subject to the manufacturer’s dedicated warranty terms and
conditions.
3.3 The Company accepts no responsibility for manufacturer warranty decisions or claim
outcomes.
4. Return to Base Policy
4.1 All warranty claims are handled on a Return to Base (RTB) basis unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
