With Gauged three-point micro-registration, movement is adjustable on three points (Front to Back, Side to Side and Rotational). The Adjustable guided spring tension system provides smooth lift while the side screen clamps keep screens in registration. With all heads down printing on models 4s/4c, 6s/6c and 8s/8c, the Lightning has Off-contact and screen pitch adjustments on each print head.
Customise the Lightning press to suit your printing needs with a choice of quick release or slide style pallets. Each pallet comes standard with rubber-coated aluminum. With a four point pallet levelling system, the Lightning is available in either side or back clamp versions. It also includes swivel feet on the screen clamps to prevent moment while tightening.
Constructed with a heavy duty steel frame and double bearing registration locks to ensure top print quality on multi-colour jobs. The Lightning offers a small footprint, making it suitable for print shops of all sizes.
